About Me
Pamela Runkel Philipps is a native of Glenford, Ohio. She earned her BS in Organizational Leadership at Lincoln College and began her MS at The Ohio State University. Pam obtained her Real Estate License after many years of building relationships with clients in her first career. Helping others find the house they can call home is a natural for Pam, whose heart has always centered around home and family life.
Pam describes herself as “people centric” and she believes that integrity in all things is the foundation of success. She believes in building a foundation of trust, setting goals, and achieving them. Pam thrives on getting to know new people and the opportunity to help them achieve their goals.
In her free time, Pam enjoys rug hooking and working in her flower gardens and alongside her husband in the timber. She also works out at Always Forward CrossFit and makes time for reading, cooking, and entertaining. She and her husband are members of Centenary United Methodist Church where they sing in the choir. Pam is the current Chairwoman of the Centenary SPRC, occasional children’s Sunday School teacher, the current President of The Monday Talks in Newark, Ohio, and a Licking County Precinct Election Official and Assistant Manager.
